Owner exit document alignment checklist for an Ontario corporation
A 10-page verification-preparation decision tool for an Ontario owner-manager or co-owner whose company depends materially on one person's shares, signing authority, relationships or operational knowledge to make a bounded decision about whether the transfer restrictions, decision authority, valuation and funding mechanism recorded in the company's documents match the owner's will and power of attorney at each trigger.

Why this owner exit alignment tool exists
A company can depend on one person's shares, signing authority and relationships while no single document shows who takes over, what those shares would pay and how long each window runs.
The tool applies DRG Law's owner-decision method: make Risk, Price, Timeline, the decision and the next step visible before a trigger fixes them, using the same counsel frame as the Counsel Note and Clause in the Margin.
Prepared as a general-information working tool from the Week 8 owner-exit plan. It has not received Ontario lawyer review and does not determine which instrument should change or what a particular exit clause would pay.
